Meet Namita Ruparel!

I am a Doctoral Student at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Pilani Campus (Rajasthan, India). My thesis is rooted in the discipline of Positive Organizational Psychology. I have just presented my Thesis Proposal formally this semester. I am trying to outline what contributes to positive workplaces. I am working on developing and validating a measure of "Mental Toughness" that is tailored for employees since this construct has a wide array of implications among organizations at various levels.
