Do you live in the United States? Are you looking for a new position?

OutSolve is looking for a Pay Equity Statistician based in Metairie, Louisiana.

Tremendous opportunity to be an expert within established EEO consulting firm. Candidate would lead OutSolve’s efforts in pay equity analyses and multiple forms of EEO/Affirmative Action statistics. This person must be able to analyze employment and compensation data for clients to determine if systemic issues exist. Candidate must have great communication skills and would be required to speak to clients regarding analysis results and provide recommendations for salary adjustments to eliminate pay issues. Candidate will also prepare blog posts, articles, and webinar presentations for client or staff consumption on the subject of compensation best practices, how best to avoid pay equity disparities, as well as other pertinent statistical focused topics. Candidate would also provide a supporting role to OutSolve consultants when speaking with clients related to Department of Labor audits, EEO statistics and compensation reporting.

Requirements:

  • PhD Labor Economist, Statistician or Masters in I/O Psychology (with emphasis on statistics)
  • Ability to perform Regression analysis (including Stepwise regression), T-tests, Mann-Whitney Tests, etc. to analyze compensation data on multiple factors.
  • Previous work with statistics applications such as JMP or SPSS required
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Communication skills – ability to present and speak with clients and staff
