Communications From Your Executive

My name is Barbara Kożusznik. I have three main goals as the President of Division 1 (Work and Organizational Psychology) of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).

My first goal is to follow the sustainable goals of the United Nations, especially as they relate to work and no poverty, good health and wellbeing, gender equality, decent work and innovation.

My second goal is to help our members become more visible, recognizable and audible as professionals influencing their local societies, organizations, leaders, economy and decision makers. We will focus on offering our members access to information, cooperation and projects.

My third goal is to make our members proud that we – as work and organizational psychologists – are the only one, unique profession, which takes care simultaneously of the effectiveness and wellbeing of workers.

I am looking forward to achieving these goals with you!
