One IAAP Founder: Emilio Mira, A Hispanic-Latin American Psychologist
Our IAAP Centennial webinar presents this event boosting Latin American psychotechnics. IAAP founder Emilio Mira attended the Geneva meeting held 100 years ago, where he presented the work of his group in Barcelona (Spain). As a result of war, he eventually went into exile to Latin America, where he created a pioneer center on psychotechnics in South America, from where the new psychological technique radiated to the entire continent. His views of the founding event, his ideas on personnel selection, his professional adventure in Latin America will be discussed and remembered in this webinar.
