Fellows

The Call for Nominations for IAAP Fellows opens August 1, 2025.

In order to be nominated for Fellowship, one shall be a distinguished psychologist who have made substantial contributions to the field of applied psychology, which can include service to the Association. To be nominated for Fellow Status in IAAP, an individual must be a Full Member of the Association for no less than four consecutive years at the time of the election and must have at least ten years of experience in psychology.

The nominator coordinates the nomination process until the completed nomination packet is submitted to Christine Roland-Lévy (Christine.Roland.Levy@gmail.com) as the Chair of the Committee on Fellows:

a) The nominator combines the letter of nomination with two letters of endorsement, along with other nomination materials.

b) The nominator sends the completed nomination packet by email to the Chair of the Committee on Fellows.

The nomination packet shall include the following materials to be accepted for review by the Committee on Fellows:

  • A letter of nomination (no more than 500 words) that provides: (i) the name and e-mail address of the nominator; (ii) the name and e-mail address of the nominee; (iii) a description of the distinguished scientific contributions of the nominee to applied psychology, and the international influence of the nominee’s research on applications of psychological knowledge – the letter should be signed by the nominator.
  • A brief curriculum vitae or resume for the nominee (no more than two pages).
  • A list of the most important publications and/or relevant merits of the nominee (no more than two pages).
  • The two letters of endorsement should be addressed to the Chair of the Committee on Fellows and signed.

The recipients will be expected to attend the International Congress of Applied Psychology (ICAP) in Florence and to be at the Closing Ceremony where they will publicly receive a certificate.

Complete nomination packets must be submitted before December 1, 2025.
